The Rings is a social impact–focused donation platform designed to connect people who want to donate unused items with individuals who genuinely need them. The platform enables both individuals and organizations to participate in a transparent and trustworthy donation ecosystem.

To ensure authenticity and trust, the platform follows a strict KYC verification process, requiring valid ID proofs and supporting documents before granting access.
Before The Rings, the donation process faced several limitations:

We developed The Rings, a secure and role-based donation platform that streamlines the entire donation lifecycle while maintaining transparency and control.
The system allows individuals and organizations to register through mandatory KYC verification, ensuring only genuine users access the platform. Two primary roles are supported: Contributors, who list items for donation, and Needy users, who browse and request items based on their needs.
Contributors can list items, save them as drafts, withdraw them at any time, or allow listings to automatically expire after one year. Multiple users can request the same item with personalized messages, and an in-app chat enables direct communication to help contributors select the most suitable recipient.
Once an item is accepted and successfully received, it is marked as Claimed and automatically removed from the listing, ensuring a clean and transparent donation flow.
