Villarreal Drywall have multiple sites at a time where dry wall installation and repairs (Patchwork) is handled by their team of contractors, foremen and workers. For each job they have to communication with individuals and assign them the job as well as calculate their hourly payroll. In a day they are handling more than 50 locations a day and 20+ workers and foremen working for them. The biggest challenge was to send them to right location and manage their timings along with prioritizing the jobs.
