PBR is a comprehensive ERP system developed for managing operations of a multi-unit food, bar, and game zone. The platform centralizes inventory, sales, game bookings, and reporting across multiple stores and internal sections. 

The business operates with a central PBR Back Store, where inventory is received through purchase orders and then issued to multiple outlets such as PBRGame ZonePuffabelly, and other stores. Within PBR, operations are divided into sections like Skate Bar, Karaoke Bar, Pizza, and more. 

The ERP was developed to handle the complex flow of inventory, food & beverage preparation, game bookings, sales channels, and financial reporting in a structured and scalable manner.

The challenge

The client faced significant operational challenges due to the complexity of managing multiple business units: 

  • No centralized control over inventory movement from back store to multiple outlets 
  • Difficulty tracking stock usage across bars, kitchens, and game zones 
  • Manual handling of losses, damages, and expired items 
  • Lack of integration between food orders, ingredient consumption, and stock deduction 
  • Multiple order sources (QR, table, take away) operating without a unified system 
  • Separate handling of game bookings and payments 
  • Limited visibility into real-time revenue, consumption, and loss metrics 

These challenges led to stock mismatches, revenue leakage, and inefficient operational monitoring. 

Solutions

We developed PBR ERP, a fully integrated system covering the complete inventory, food & bar, and game zone lifecycle. 

The system manages inventory starting from Purchase Orders, stock crediting, and issuing items from the PBR Back Store to multiple stores and internal sections. Items can be directly sold, used as raw materials, converted into semi-finished goods, or sold as finished goods, with automatic stock deductions based on ingredients and attributes used. 

The ERP includes a complete Food & Bar Ordering System supporting orders from QR codes, tables, attendees, and online channels. Orders flow seamlessly to the kitchen, and upon preparation and delivery, inventory is adjusted section-wise. 

For the entertainment side, a QR-based Game Booking System was implemented for single or multiple players, supporting multiple game types such as skating, chess, and arrow throw. 

Additional features include loss and damage tracking, expired item handling, coupons, tips, and integrated payment processing. The system also provides multi-level reporting and dashboards for real-time operational insights.
